2009-2010 Teacher Training & Immersion Program

We are excited to offer the first Om Yoga Studio Teacher Training Collective, Teacher Training Program! Our Teacher Training is designed for practitioners interested in deepening their yoga practice or teaching yoga, as well as for teachers who want to enhance their skills towards a national certification. Our mission is to assist students and teachers in developing a more profound understanding of their own personal style and practice and further their knowledge of yoga in order to share their experience on and off the mat. Om Yoga Studio is a nurturing and safe environment, and this training will give a broad overview of the practice while supporting and encouraging you to develop your own point of view. We strive to uphold the quality and integrity of our teaching while offering students plenty of opportunities to learn, observe and practice various philosophical, physical and scientific aspects of yoga.
